As I approach another birthday (the first anniversary of a significant one!) I find that it is so easy to become set in my ways.  It is very easy to become set in our movement patterns too, and we lose the ability to move our spines, with the resulting backache and stiffness in our joints.

The tri-spinal release movements in Dru Yoga helps us be aware of our spines again, encouraging gentle movement in all areas of the spine.  Over time this works on a deeper level too, mentally and emotionally.  As we become physically more flexible, our energy (prana) is able to flow and then we are able to flow with life, trying new things, rediscovering what lifts our hearts and gives us inner joy.
