This workshop will take place on Saturday 11th February at the Community Hall, Northwood House from 2pm to 4pm. Ideal for those who are thinking of taking up Pilates as I will be teaching the basic principles of this technique.
Cost is just £7 …. and this may be used towards your first block of matclasses commencing week beginning 27th February.
