I will be teaching a short course for beginners at the George Street Centre, Ryde.  This is a 4 week course, cost £40 to be paid at the first class. Tuesday evenings 6-7 pm on the following dates July 23, August 6, 13, 20.

This wonderful event will be held on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 August.  Held in the beautiful Ventnor Botanic Gardens, wonderful healing therapies on offer.  If the weather stays like this it will be fantastic.

I will be teaching a Pilates class on each day at 10am.  Some of my clients have volunteered (maybe gently persuaded!) to come along and give a short demonstration of what can be achieved through regular practice.  Then I will continue with a class for complete beginners for anyone who wishes to join.

I am really looking forward to teaching a new beginners Pilates class at the recently built Seagrove Pavilion. The class will be on Mondays 2-3 pm and the first 6 week course will start on Monday 9 September.  Cost will be £45 to be paid at the first class.

I will be at the opening ceremony on Sunday 11 August and it will be lovely to meet up and have a chat with anyone who is thinking of joining the class.
