Below is the timetable for my Pilates Classes. I run group matwork classes as well as smaller 1-2-1 and 1-2-3 sessions.

Prices

1-2-1 Pilates Sessions

Each session lasts 1 hour
One session         £48
Five sessions        £225  (credit valid for 2 months from date of purchase)

1-2-3 Pilates Sessions

Each session lasts 1 hour
One session          £22
Block of four sessions  £80 (credit valid for 2 months from date of purchase)

Pilates Mat Classes

Each session lasts 1 hour and will be no more than 12 people.

7 week course £63 (booked and paid in advance)
8 week course £72 (booked and paid in advance)

Dru Yoga Classes

Each session lasts 1 1/2 hours.
1 week £11
4 weeks £40

Terms and conditions:

All classes and Pilates studio sessions are by appointment only and are to be booked and paid for in advance. I am sorry but I cannot take drop-ins.

48 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment so that I have sufficient time to fill the space.  If this amount of notice is not given then a fee will be charged.  Please also bear in mind that if you are late for your appointment, then you will still be charged for the full hour but may not get the full time booked.

The full cost of a Pilates mat course is to be paid on the first lesson and there are no refunds for missed classes.

All new Pilates clients are required to have two 1-2-1 sessions in order to learn the correct breathing technique, awareness of alignment and correct recruitment of core muscles. This is especially important if you are doing Pilates to help alleviate back pain. I can then tailor exercises to suit your needs in the group classes.

Before coming into class, please turn your mobile phone off. Wear comfortable loose clothing that does not restrict your movement.

I am fully insured and have up to date first aid qualifications.
