I will be teaching 2 workshops during August, the first one on Saturday 6 August which will be for men only. Pilates has sometimes been given the label of a “women only” exercise! The benefits of Pilates for men include increased mobility, core strenthening for stronger backs and better posture,improved co-ordination, endurance and functional strength. The second workshop on Saturday 20 August is open to anyone who is interested in an introduction to the Pilates Method, what it involves and the benefits. Both workshops will take place at the Anahata Yoga and Pilates Studio in Shanklin, from 10.30 – 12.30, cost £20. Please contact me to book your place as I do limit the number in class.
